**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**:Conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential and existing clients.Process customer orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:Work closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate invoicing and record-keeping.Maintain precise customer data for seamless operations.
- **Product Promotion & Customer Support**:Provide timely product details and demonstrations to clients.Gather feedback to improve customer experience and maintain long-term relationships.
- **Market Research & Business Growth**:Identify and target potential B2B clients in the agricultural sector.Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- **Relationship Building**:Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Maintain regular communication with clients to secure repeat orders.
- **Problem-Solving**:Address and resolve challenging customer scenarios with strong decision-making and adaptability.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agri, B.Tech Agri), Microbiology, Biotechnology, or any related field.
- **Personal Attributes**:Collaborative team player with adaptability to handle challenging situations. Practical decision-making skills with a focus on problem resolution. Good convening and negotiation skills.

**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:

- Prompt and accurate provision of product details upon client requests.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure sales growth and meet targets.
- Efficient follow-up for securing new orders and repeat business.
