**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in paid advertising, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies.
