At MuddleArt, we’re always looking for ways to streamline efficiency and optimize productivity. As a Business Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our business running smoothly. The responsibilities will include working closely with the Founders’ Office for client outreach and partnership development. You will also be in charge of reporting MuddleArt’s financials, creating systems and processes for analyzing, writing, and following legal requirements, and recommending improvements to business procedures.

**Here’s what we would expect you to do**:

- Manage the flow of information between the different areas or modules of the business, break down information silos, and encourage cooperation
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports/statements
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Work on proposals, conducting secondary research and market research
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service, and developing strong relationships
- Assist with new business development efforts, prepare reports and presentations for clients, as needed
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) by managing the calendar and facilitating meetings
- Be willing to travel to meet with clients or attend conferences and present organization

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance related fields
- 0-3 years of professional experience in an Accounting or Finance role
- Proven knowledge of data management, bookkeeping, and accounting principles & standards
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication

**Remuneration**:
The remuneration for this role would range up to to 6 LPA, depending on your experience.

MuddleArt is a têxtile waste management social enterprise specialising in waste management solutions for fashion houses, and têxtile and apparel manufacturing industries. MuddleArt provides customised solutions for managing pre-consumer têxtile waste by following a B2B model. MuddleArt aims to bring a systematic approach to the disposal and handling of waste, work to bridge gaps in the supply chain and use a circular economic model. The philosophy of the company is to achieve significant positive quantifiable social, economic, and environmental impacts.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
