AV IT Hardware Solution Sales Job Description
**Company**: Innova AM Tech Pvt. Ltd.
**Location**: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
**Experience Required**: 2-4 years
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**:
- Identify and target potential clients for AV Devices and IT hardware solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
- Address client needs and offer tailored AV and IT hardware solutions.
- **Product Expertise**:
- Stay updated on the latest AV and IT hardware products and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- **Market Research and Lead Generation**:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into customers.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in AV Devices and IT hardware solution sales (2-4 years).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
