The role of the Executive Assistant to the Creative Head of a couture label is a pivotal one that involves providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth operation of the creative department. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, creativity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
**Responsibilities**:
**Calendar Management**:Manage the Creative Head's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and events.
Coordinate internal and external appointments, considering time zones and travel logistics.
**Travel Coordination**:Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, flights, accommodations, and transportation for the Creative Head.
Ensure that all travel arrangements are well-organized and aligned with the Creative Head's schedule.
**Meeting Support**:Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings and presentations.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
**Project Assistance**:Assist in managing and tracking creative projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Collaborate with the creative team to gather and organize project-related information.
**Event Management**:Coordinate and manage events, fashion shows, exhibitions, and other creative-related activities.
Liaise with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
**Research and Analysis**:Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to support the creative decision-making process.
**Administrative Tasks**:Prepare expense reports, manage invoices, and handle other administrative tasks.
Maintain filing systems and digital databases, ensuring easy access to relevant information.
**Confidentiality**:Handle sensitive information and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
**Creativity Support**:Collaborate with the Creative Head on brainstorming sessions and idea generation.
Assist in developing mood boards, presentations, and visual materials.
**Relationship Building**:Build and maintain relationships with internal team members, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
**Priority Management**:Assess and prioritize tasks and requests to ensure the Creative Head's time is used effectively.
**Flexibility**:Be adaptable and willing to assist with various tasks as needed in a dynamic creative environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software and tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Creativity and an understanding of the fashion and couture industry.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Previous experience in a similar role or the fashion industry is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹11,389.48 - ₹22,014.88 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
