**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- Employee Relations Management:
- Driving Culture Building Initiative on the shop floor in co-operation with line Managers
- Ensure peaceful and disciplined industrial relations in the Company
- Implementation of drives for Vigilance and Improving the connect with employees
- Maintaining discipline and Maintaining Industrial Peace & Harmony
- Ensuring shop floor Discipline & Disciplinary Management
- Execution of disciplinary process of various nature (including employee misconduct and fraud etc)
- Act in an advisory capacity to identify and help employee relation managers
- Ensuring employee raised disputes in courts are handled sensitively while protecting the company’s interest.
- Talent Hiring (Recruitment of trainees i.e. ITI Apprentices & NEEM)
- Manpower Planning in coordination with IEE department (Pertaining to Apprenticeship Trainees)
- Organising Pool and campus recruitment drives (As & when required).
- Actively engage in Brand building activities in ITI campus.
- Compensation Management for Trainees
- Maintaining good relationships with College’s Placement Officers
- Ensuing On-Boarding of trainees.
- Maintaining good relationships with Board of Apprenticeship Officials
Life cycle Management:
- Completing joining formalities, system hiring, Contract registration, On-boarding & issuing letters
- Timely completion of continuations & separation process
- Engagement Activities & Rewards & Recognition for Trainees
- Establishment Management for employees
- End to End Payroll management ( SAP) of the employees
- Long term settlements Implementation
- Training and Development
- Preparing the training Ensuring Dexterity Training is imparted before deploying on shop floor
- Driving the Capability Building initiatives including identification of training needs, developing training calendar, skill building initiatives, etc.
- Measuring Effectiveness of Capability Building initiatives
- Employees Engagement drive:
- Working closely with DH’s & Shop floor Managers for better deployment, engagement & harmony
- Driving R & R initiatives
- Driving various Engagement Initiatives
- Implementation of engagement survey, its analysis of data, action planning and implementation of initiatives
- Monitoring and tracking changes in the external industrial relations environment.
- Statutory Compliance
- Ensuring compliance of laws and regulations for all operations
- Ensure 100% statutory compliances other than time office related compliances.
- Liaisoning with Government agencies and Coordination
- Liaisoning with Labour Office, Factory Inspector office
- Liaisoning with Government Apprentice Board

- MSW/MLS
- **General Experience**
- 5-10 Years
**Critical Experience**
- Strong knowledge about labour laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and logical abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must be able to work under high stress and protect company from legal difficulties
- Hands on exp in SAP
- Should be conversant with Hindi, Marathi and English languages
