Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the field
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage sales territory, including planning and prioritizing sales calls
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance
**Requirements**:
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a field sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel (if required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
- Industry knowledge and connections (if applicable)
