PPC Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement PPC strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve business goals.
- Create and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords and optimize campaign performance.
- Write compelling ad copy and create relevant landing pages to maximize click-through rates and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Optimize campaign settings, including bidding strategies, targeting options, and ad placements, to improve performance and ROI.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure effective campaign management and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative teams, to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PPC campaign management with a strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant PPC platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in PPC tools and platforms, including Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Keyword Planner).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and communicate campaign performance effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous optimization and improvement.
- Experience with e-commerce PPC, remarketing campaigns, and display advertising is desirable but not required.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
