**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, analyze competition, and identify target audiences to optimize campaign performance.
- Create and manage ad campaigns, including writing compelling ad copy, setting up ad groups, and implementing targeting parameters.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage budgets, bids, and ROI to ensure efficient spending and achieve campaign objectives.
- Perform ongoing keyword research and ad optimization to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain competitiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and metrics to track progress and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new advertising platforms, and best practices in PPC to continuously improve campaign performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in Google Ads and/or Bing Ads.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using PPC tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads Editor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional departments.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their impact on PPC campaigns is a plus.
- Google Ads certifications or other relevant certifications are a plus.
