Key Responsibilities
- Sales: Generate leads, close sales, and persuade customers to buy products or services
- Setting up app with retailers, dealers, distributors for giving demos and presentations related to our product range and our company backgroun
- Product information: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing
- Customer records: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in a database
- Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
- Documentation: Create and maintain paperwork or documentation based on telecalling conversations
- Target market: Gather information from the target market
- Routing: Route opportunities to the relevant department
- Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers over the phone. Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus Excellent communication skills along with active listening.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features. Being open to learning consulting tasks to assist the customer better.
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers..

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,112.27 - ₹23,909.00 per month
