**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand client requirements and create customized building designs and architectural layouts.
- Develop designs while adhering to building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations.
- Create technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
- Supervise the execution of architectural plans in collaboration with project teams and contractors.
- Present design concepts to clients through presentations and models.
- Prepare cost estimates and manage project timelines.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and safety compliance.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in architecture, preferably with experience in residential/commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or other design software.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and regulations.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Master’s Degree in Architecture (M.Arch).
- LEED Certification (for sustainable design knowledge).
- Experience in project management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 30 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
