**Position Summary**

Seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Salesforce Administrator with experience in the Salesforce Platform, processes, systems support, and reporting. Manage 1st level support for the business along with building workflows, reports, troubleshooting, and Dashboards and become an expert on SalesForce in Acceldata.

**We’re looking for someone who can**:
Support as primary system administrator for the SalesforceWork with team members and project lead to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities-
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new system enhancement requests.-
- Work independently with members of the user community to help them meet the business requirements-
- Assist in educating new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization- **What makes you the right fit for this position?**
- At Least 7 years of experience as a Salesforce admin supporting multiple business streams.- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, custom workflows, approval process, process builder automation, enabling validation rules, SQL, Security model of SFDC and ability to design role hierarchy based on business rules and process, a good understanding of SF DX and automated tools.-
- Good Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.-
- Able to provide technical support and solution to the business-
- Manage Sandbox refresh and standard upgrade.-
- Identify process improvements within the Tool- Salesforce certification is preferred.
