**Requirements**:

- Education and Experience:
○ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related

field.

○ Proven experience as a Project Manager in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or

Web3 space.

○ Strong understanding of blockchain technology, including smart contracts,

○ **Minimum 4 years of experience**
- Technical Skills:
○ Familiarity with various blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart

Chain, Solana, etc.

○ Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

○ Basic understanding of coding languages like Solidity, JavaScript, or Python is a

plus.
- Soft Skills:
○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

○ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

○ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
- Previous experience in a startup or agile development environment.
- Understanding of DeFi, NFTs, and other emerging blockchain use cases.
