Job description

As a Plant Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth production processes and optimal efficiency. You will be responsible for managing a team of production workers and coordinating with other departments to achieve production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities according to priorities and plans.
- Ensure that production targets are met while adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement production schedules and adjust as needed to respond to changing demands.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production workers.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and procedures.
- Address any safety issues promptly and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Implement measures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation among the team.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g., logistics, maintenance, quality assurance) to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
- Communicate production status, issues, and objectives to management and other stakeholders.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments to achieve company goals.
- Checking the working observations of each equipment to ensure any abnormalities are reported immediately
- Maintenance work of plant and machinery
- Ensure proper material preparation as per guidelines
- Overall shift management with proper monitoring of all processes and workers, full reporting and handover post end of sheet

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
