Pre Primary Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:
- Design, review, and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and instructional materials for pre-primary students.
- Ensure that curriculum activities align with educational standards and promote holistic development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains.
- **Teacher Support and Supervision**:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to pre-primary teachers, offering guidance on instructional strategies, classroom management, and child development practices.
- Conduct regular observations and evaluations of teacher performance, providing feedback and support for professional growth.
- **Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:
- Establish assessment frameworks and tools to evaluate student learning and development in alignment with program goals and objectives.
- Analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement and implement interventions to support individual student needs.
- **Parent Communication and Engagement**:
- Maintain open and transparent communication with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Organize parent orientation sessions, workshops, and events to foster positive partnerships between home and school.
- **Classroom Environment and Resources**:
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment conducive to exploration, discovery, and play.
- Ensure that classrooms are equipped with age-appropriate materials, resources, and learning aids to support student engagement and learning outcomes.
- **Special Events and Extracurricular Activities**:
- Coordinate and oversee special events, celebrations, and field trips for pre-primary students, enriching their educational experience and promoting social interaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize extracurricular activities, such as art, music, and physical education, to enhance the overall pre-primary curriculum.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Manage administrative tasks related to pre-primary operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with school administration on policy development, staff recruitment, and strategic planning initiatives.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience working in a pre-primary or early childhood education setting, with demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of child development principles, early childhood education theories, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with young children, parents, and colleagues.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of curriculum development, assessment strategies, and instructional methodologies tailored to young learners.
- Proficiency in using technology tools and educational resources to support teaching and learning in the pre-primary classroom.
