**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. To carry out online quality checks and takes immediate corrective measures.

2. If any doubt related to quality immediately inform to the Reporting Manager as well as QA section.

3. Follow daily production planning by allotting the Machines to the Workmen**.**

4. Ensure uninterrupted quality production.

5. To generate reports in MIS and inform to the Management. Reports such as
- Daily total as well as machine wise production.
- Daily scrap generation.
- Daily rejection report.
- Availability of Man, Machines and Raw material.
- Finish Goods and Dispatch.

6. Handing over of proper charge to next shift supervisors informing all Status, Abnormality, available Manpower and special instruction if any.

7. Arranging of proper raw material for production.

8. Arranging and set up of proper Dies and Tools.

9. Arrangement of reels and other inventories

10. Ensure the availability of Man, Machine and Materials.

11. To provide proper job related instructions / Training time to time in order to achieve daily targeted production.

12. To effectively interact with workmen and Solving / communicating their issues to higher management.

13. Effectively handling the administration of the workmen.

14. To ensure safe operations in the factory by strictly enforcing safety measures during Operation and Maintenance.

15. To ensure and maintain all safety standards in the plant.

16. Ensure good housekeeping in the department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
