**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
The Recruiting Assistant is responsible for providing operational support for the India recruiting teams.

The Recruiting Assistant will support designated Recruitment Team members in a variety of tasks related to full-life cycle recruiting. This position requires an individual who understands the necessity for confidentiality and professionalism at all times and is able to deliver in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the ability to adapt to change. The Recruiting Assistant must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to work independently, prioritize work, and have a proactive approach. This position demands an outstanding ability to multi-task, as well as, superior organizational skills. Attention to detail and strong customer service ethic are needed for success.

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- Responsible for administering case studies, excel testing and other skills assessments
- Gather market intelligence on competing organizations in the market
- Ad-hoc projects and reporting, as necessary

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resource Management or related programs required
- 1-2 years of professional experience required
- Experience in a similar office role and/or recruitment function strongly desirable
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
