Manufacturing unit was set up in the year 1982, at Tarapur, near Mumbai

Under the able leadership of Shri Banwarilal Goenka and from there, the company has grown to multiple plants employing more than 500 people.

The brand name Nuhome Decor was launched in the year 2012 which gave them a new edge to create original & innovative designs inspired by the elements of nature that evoke a feeling of freshness and add opulence to your homes.

**Position Overview**:
This position is an important position for NuHome Decor. The key responsibility of the Marketing Executive is to implement, execute and oversee the local and regional brand building activities. Further, the incumbent is also required to analyse the impact of the activities undertaken in association with the sales team and suggest, recommend future promotional activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying local / regional opportunities for promoting the brand.
- Negotiating with various agencies (bus shelters/ hoardings / Cinema slides/ local regional newspapers /editions) and obtaining a competitive rate.
- On ground local and regional implementation & execution of marketing strategies planned for the brand.
- In coordination with sales team report impact of promotional activities implemented
- Supporting the marketing manager / consultant / Directors in preparing quarterly promotional plans.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Ability to coordinate and follow up with various agencies, consistently
- Ability to work in teams
- Ability to identify and evaluate appropriate promotional opportunities both online and offline.
- Age: 23 - 30 years of age.
- Education: MBA in Marketing / BBM /diploma in marketing / mass communication
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Willingness to travel to tier 1 & 2 towns and cities at short notice or otherwise

Place of Work: Mumbai (Andheri East)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
