process adherence.
- Support IT leadership vision forward and ensure effective communications and reporting of progress across

multiple teams & key stakeholders
- Working experience in fast paced project delivery environment, where he/she led from the front often,

ensuring projects were delivered in line with success criteria.
- Experience of effective coordination a team of program/project managers
- Worked with stakeholders across multiple business units/geographies where they coordinated and held work

- Drove global communication about projects (including that on company’s social networking site)
- Developed a process to streamline data collection from projects and to track deliverables
- Involved in process optimization through periodic process reviews, identifying and sharing best practices, 360- degree feedback, etc.
