**Responsibilities**:
- 4 - 6 years of experience as a HR Operations or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Talent Acquisition Operations.
- Collaborate with recruiter & Hiring Managers to schedule interviews.
- Initiating Emp ID in the system and back ground verification
- Maintaining data timely in trackers.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership skills and team management skills
- ** Thorough knowledge of Microsoft tools like, outlook & MS Teams**

Joining Location - Bangalore, Whitefield

Education - Bachelor’s degree

**Job timing - 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM / 09:30 PM to 06:30 AM (US Shift**)

Shift allowance available apart from the compensation.
