Your contributions will be pivotal in supporting Dell's media modernization efforts, including our cookie less transformation project. You will engage in User Acceptance Testing, participating in test and learn activities that refine our audience targeting strategies. Furthermore, you'll collaborate with vendor partners to deliver, scale, and maintain state-of-the-art audience management technology solutions. This role enables you to be at the heart of driving data-driven marketing across the customer journey, ensuring Dell's messaging is relevant, timely, and effective in facilitating customer engagement with Dell technology solutions.

**You Will**
- Implement audience planning, creation, and optimization within our Customer Data Platform, ensuring alignment with our digital advertising strategies across all channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and media agencies to define and clarify audience data requirements, ensuring a cohesive approach to audience segmentation. Utilize first and third-party data to drive audience segment planning. Leverage insights and analytics to refine and optimize audience segments continually.
- Collaborate with Demand Side Platform (DSP) partners to optimize audience segments and ensure effective execution of advertising campaigns.
- Conduct audience reporting to uncover opportunities for improved engagement, providing actionable insights and recommendations to both internal teams and our media agency.
- Manage timelines and coordination to deliver audience segments for campaigns; ensure that cross-audience overlaps are identified, communicated, and tracked. Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for audience optimization, in collaboration with internal teams and our media agency.

**Essential Requirements**
- Overall work experience 6+ years
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience
- Data Platforms knowledge - Action IQ, The Trade Desk, Live Ramp, Neustar (or similar). Understanding of how different 1st party & 3rd party data sources are integrated into Action IQ
- Working knowledge of advertising landscape and understanding of how the various pieces of programmatic vendors work together to help us to optimize (working alongside Essence Mediacom) campaign performance and identify gaps in performance.
- Experience with website/SEO analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar tools)
- Strong Project Management Skills Excellent verbal & written communication skills, Ability to understand business challenges and present solutions back to the business.

**Desirable Requirements**

- College Degree from 4-year college or university required (Business, Marketing preferred)
