**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and lead all academic programs to ensure high educational standards
- Manage daily school operations and administrative tasks efficiently

- Mentor and support faculty, promoting professional growth and collaboration
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for students
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community
- Ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations
- Drive school initiatives for student engagement, achievement, and well-being

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in school leadership or as a Principal
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan strategically and manage resources effectively
- Passionate about student success and educational innovation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
