**Position**: Trainer - Customer Care Executive

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer - Customer Care Executive (CCE) at Medhavi Foundation in Patna. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for students, developing training modules, assessing student performance, and collaborating with industry partners to ensure skill development aligns with job requirements.
- **Educational Qualifications**: Diploma/ITI/CITS/TOT certified in Electronics
- **Experience**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- At least 2 years in Customer Service Industry
- 1 year in Teaching
- Work exp in Customer care and training exp in electronics field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
