**Position Summary**
- Tableau Administrator would be responsible for installing, upgrading, configuring, and maintaining Tableau Server.
- Working closely with Business and Development team to utilize official sources and build consumption layers for Tableau Dashboards.
- Establish and maintain the analytics practice, which includes defining Tableau Governanceprocesses, policies, and guidelines.
- Participate in development of key projects.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Support in implementing successful projects for DataViz COE.
- Contribute in dashboard designing and project delivery using Tableau.
- Plan and execute the Tableau deployment and implement the organization’s vision for modern analytics.
- Customer/Stakeholder Satisfaction - Proactively anticipate customer needs and ascertain means to improve satisfaction and monitor levels
- Work closely with Business and Data team to make sure right data sources are being utilized across dashboards

**Position Related Experience**
- Overall up to 5 years of working experience with Tableau Desktop and Server.
- Strong Experience in Tableau administration and server maintenance on cloud platform.
- Experience in Creating End to End Tableau Dashboards.
- Worked as Solution Consultant in Tableau Server upgradation.
- Experience in installing the server and performing server-related administrative task like backing up server data, restoring backups, creating log archives, and managing multi-node clusters

**Technical Experience**
- Strong experience in Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop on cloud platform
- Strong experience in Administrative Tasks like Creating Site and Projects, User Roles, Creating an AD group, Adding New Users, Manage Users Using Groups, Changing Content Ownership, Assigning Permissions
- Extended Server Capabilities like Data Driven Alerts, Row Level Security, TSM Command Line Utility, TabMigrate: Content migration
- Should be able to Monitor Server including checking Server Status, Performance Recording, Built-in Admin Views, Generating Snapshot of Logs
- Troubleshooting Tableau Server including Server Upgrade, TSM initialize, Server Customization
- Optimization of array resources (backgrounder, sql viz)
- Regular cleanup of the platform to free up space.
- Managing Server Licensing and Certificates
- Schedules: Extract refresh & subscriptions
- Report optimization
- Server Processes Configuration

**Soft Skills Required**
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different geographies
- Excellent Analytical & Problem solving skills

**Qualification**
- Graduate / Post Graduate from any recognized university under any stream

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
