**Key Responsibilities**
- Helping clients with any service-related issues and providing timely and effective resolutions
- Ensure all client queries are promptly responded
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure client queries and grievances are dealt with promptly
- Keeping the CRM and other trackers updated

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
