**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Assist in the design and production of print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and packaging.
- Support the creation of visual content for presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas and solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of web design principles and experience with design tools like Sketch or Figma is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creativity.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,723.76 - ₹20,000.00 per month
