Provide accurate information to customers regarding products or services
Adhere to company's policies and procedures while interacting with customers
Manage and prioritize multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience
Utilize CRM systems to document and track customer interactions and issue resolution
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone
Ability to empathize and understand customer needs and concerns
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Basic technical skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours as needed
