Receptionist/administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, visitors, and staff
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any field
- 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a related role
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Working Hours:10-7 pm
**Salary**:
15-25k
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
