RISING PRO-FORMA INVOICE AGAINST TO CUSTOMER FOR THE PREPARED BILL OF LADING.RELEASE THE BILL OF LADING TO THE CUSTOMER ON TIME

FOR RELEASING THE DELIVERY ORDER (DO). TO CUSTOMER ALSO.

PREPARING LOAD PLAN AND PRE-ALERT ON BEFORE VESSEL SAILING

NEED TO PREPARE TDR ONCE VESSEL SAILS.

PREPARED DOCS SEND TO THE CONCERN SECTOR

COORDINATING AND REPLYING TO THE MAILS RECEIVED FROM OUR COUNTERPART AGENTS REGARDING ALL EXPORT ISSUES.

RESPONDING THE PHONE CALLS RECEIVED FROM THE CLIENTS AND COUNTERPART OFFICE.

UPDATING CONTAINERS MOVEMENT DEPOT OUT AND PORT IN ECLOGIC ON DAILY BASIS.

HAVE TO SEND CARGO ARRIVAL NOTICE TO CUSTOMER USING TDR PROVIDED BY POL

ASK CUSTOMER FOR CONTAINER MOVEMENT REQUEST

PREPARE FOR IGM FILING.CHECK IGM DETAILS IN THE SEA IGM

SEND INVOICE TO THE CUSTOMER AS PER REQUEST

CHECK WITH ACCOUNTS TEAM WHETHER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED FROM THE CUSTOMER

REFUND THE CONTAINER SECURITY DEPOSIT AMOUNT TO THE CUSTOMER

CHECK WITH MAINTAINANCE TEAM WHETHER CONTAINER DAMAGE CHARGES OCCUR

IF DAMAGE CHARGES OCCUR WILL RISE THE INVOICE TO THE CUSTOMER

FOLLOW UP THE CUSTOMER TO COLLECT THE DAMAGE CHARGES

USING YARD REPORT ENTER THE PORT OUT DETAILS

END OF THE DAY NEED TO SUBMIT THE DAILY RECEIVED CHEQUES AND SEND DAILY REPORT TO ACCOUNTS TEAM

PREPARING THE MONTHLY REPORT FOR THE EXPORT / IMPORT CONTAINERS LOADED IN ONE

NEED TO PREPARE INCENTIVE REPORT FOR MONTHLY

FOLLOWING FREIGHT FORWARDING ACITIVIES ALSO.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
