To abide by the rules and regulation of the Club
To abide by the mission statement.
To conduct daily briefing to maintain standards laid down by the organization.
To inspect tables layouts and checks on all service stations, bars.
Listen empathetically to Guest complaints and take appropriate action.
To maintain proper supervision during service.
To continually strive to develop and increase restaurant sales.
To maintain the log books.
Note down order in proper sequence at the appropriate time, place order with kitchen as soon as possible.
To ensure and serve orders at the right time with right accompaniments.
To ensure and maintain high level of Guest satisfaction.
To allocate proper duties, shifts and weekly off s.
To ensure smooth hand-over from one shift to another.
To maintain equipment s and keeping par stock.
To impart training to Stewards, Assistant stewards, Room Service Order takers, maintain high standards.
To maintain the attendance register and leave record.
Maintain Guest history.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
