Job Responsibilities:
Support the marketing team with the development of best-in-class artwork files for all sales and marketing collaterals, office branding, intranet, digital campaigns, and events.
Support formatting of internal communications.
Adhere to Codilar’s brand guidelines, meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency
Understands and has worked with the Social Media team closely
Collaborate with copywriters, and marketing team
Organise and participate in brainstorming sessions to share innovative ideas and design perspectives, clearly and effectively with all team members.

Support internal stakeholders to ensure consistency of brand identity, throughout all marketing communication.
Understand aspect ratios, dimensions, and how users will experience video in various channels.
Take a lead on breaking established path in terms of visual capabilities and storytelling

**Requirements**:
Knowledge of Designing tools.
Understanding of typography, composition, and color.
