As a District Level Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to individuals at the district level. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our target audience, ensuring their readiness for the evolving job market.

Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for participants in the respective domains, EDP and Food Processing.

Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design and customize training programs that align with the specific needs of the target audience.

Assessment and Evaluation: Develop assessment methods and tools to measure the progress and proficiency of trainees.

Training Administration: Coordinate logistics, including scheduling training sessions, managing training resources, and ensuring the smooth execution of training programs.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, such as government agencies, training institutes, and industry partners, to strengthen partnerships and ensure the success of the training programs.
