**Receptionist**

Responsibilities at WORKWILD

**Position Goals & Objectives**:
As the Work wild Receptionist, you must take care of the below:

- Understand the existing members need to be problem solver who is eager to go the extra mile for entrepreneur, digital nomads, and freelancers.
- Comes up with various ideas, organize funds social events and encourage people to participate in those events.
- Must be fluent in English, Hindi & Regional language any other language will be an added advantage.
- Make sure the space has not run out of consumables like coffee/Tea & material stock replenishment make sure the facilities like printer, vending machine & stationery, etc., are operational.
- Provide support if something goes wrong in regards to cleanliness of Workwild spaces, buildings, IT infrastructure, back of house areas, etc. and make sure the issue is addressed within turnaround time (15minutes). Also raise ticket/complaint to service providers if any amenities require maintenance.
- Received feedback from members and analyses where the service could be improved.
- Responsible for the Coworkers integration.
- Build a healthy ecosystem in which members come together to work, socialize and have fun in an organic way.
- A go to person whenever a co-worker requires anything.
- Empower people of the community. It is thanks for a community manager that people forming bonds and creating relationships.
- Responsible for branding and putting the coworking space on the map.
- Managing front desk calls (incoming & Outgoing) & Daily occupancy checks.
- Shape the community by rolling out invites and posters about the planned events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
