Associate- Physical Security Assessment Team

This position primarily supports the Vendor Risk Assessment Team. Will possess appropriate content knowledge for the Company on physical security regulatory mandates as they relate to vendor due diligence. Prioritizing, managing multiple tasks, effective case reporting and documentation. Performs security risk assessments based on vulnerability criteria to determine appropriate levels of protection and security necessary for sites / location / events.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Reviewing vendor submitted documentation such as SSAE18, SOC2, etc. Input into Archer is accurate and records are up-to-date.
- Connecting with vendor contacts to complete reviews, create action plans and next steps, coordinating with the line of business and the vendor to address any outstanding findings.
- Manage Physical Security Vendor mailbox. Documenting and monitoring data using the Opera Tool.
- Performs security risk assessments based on vulnerability criteria to determine appropriate levels of protection and security necessary for third party sites that house Level 3 information and above.
- Represents Corporate Security on Vendor Risk Assessment meetings.
- Must be able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal communications) to convey critical information.
- Accountable for monitoring alarms, dispatching officers and access control.
- Requires strong interpersonal skills. Willingness to flex work shifts and work additional shifts when necessary.

**Required Qualifications**
- Requires vigilance to respond to a myriad of incidents; at the same time requires superior attention to detail skills. Requires strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated capability for responding appropriately during emergency situations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of FLIR or similar system Knowledge of Access Control Systems and procedures Knowledge of Archer Knowledge of the Opera Tool
