Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the clinic.
- Schedule client appointments using the clinic’s scheduling software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify and update client information, including contact details, medical history.
- Collect and process payments for services rendered, including cash, credit cards, and gift certificates.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area, including keeping waiting areas tidy and stocked with reading materials and refreshments.
- Manage client records and files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information.
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments, provide reminders, and follow up on missed appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.
**Required Skills**:
- Previous experience in a customer service as a receptionist role, preferably in a spa, clinic, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional behavior.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
