Territory Sales Officer

The role involves formulating and implementing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring effective customer relationship management to drive business growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets for the assigned area.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Team Leadership and Management**:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance the performance of the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues.
- **Sales Operations**:
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including lead generation, prospecting, and conversion activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- **Market Expansion**:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential customers.
- **Budget Management**:
- Develop and manage the sales budget for the assigned area.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Provide regular and accurate sales reports to senior management.
- Conduct market analysis and prepare reports on sales trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
- **Contract Negotiation**:
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements.
- **Training and Development**:
- Identify training needs for the sales team and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the sales team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Knowledge of local real estate market conditions and regulations.
- Ability to travel within the designated area.
**Salary**: ₹540,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
