JOB DESCRIPTION (Mid
- Level Interior Designer)
- Work on design development as per the briefings and sketches received from the Design Associate and in coordination with the Design Developer.
- Develop a project schedule; produce design drawings and assist with the completion of construction drawings.
- Drawings to cover approximately a conceptual space plan of key public areas, furniture plan of key public areas, key area RCP and key elevations and finally

develop a final set of production documents that meet or exceed Finished Floor Plans.
- In-depth knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E) Architectural / interior finishes, lighting, art signage, color and materials and all

elements of interior designing.
- Detailed knowledge of materials, detailing, construction techniques, FF& E procurement, lighting and construction costs (appropriate to the relevant budgets).
- Interact with various vendors and suppliers and prepare multiple item procurement options for the project team.
- Site visits only on requirement.
- Maintain a daily task list and Chronology of the assigned projects discussing time allotments and schedules, and delegate and guide the junior interior designers.
- Prepares for regular project team meetings pertaining to project tasks, deliverables and timelines.
- Strong personal ethics on work deliverables and timelines.

key requirements:

- She/he is responsible to produce high quality project design drawings deliverables in both FF&E and construction documents.
- The Designer to work on any/all phases of development including Pre-Design, Schematic Design,
- To report to the Design Associate and assist the Design Developer and team, at all levels of project execution.
- Consistently bring fresh value add ideas to the team that are project appropriate.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, indesign to execute drawings and PPTs
- Well versed in quantifying Bill of Quantities both detailed & single Line BOQ
- Multi task on multiple projects with drawings & material procurements
- Responsible to support the Project Lead in achieving design and technical excellence and working in a collaborative frame work within the assigned budgets
- Prepares for regular project team and or client meetings pertaining to project tasks, deliverables and timelines. Prepare the minutes of the minutes.
- Dedicated to work ethics and punctual with work deliverables

Working Days & Timing : 1st & 3rd Saturday (Off) - 10.00am to 7.00pm
