- Managing salesforce instances and support on all admin related activities
- Assistance to the business teams with respect to ensuring smooth working of the entire business development sales cycle
- Maintain front end internal stakeholder relationships
- Perform backend operational activities allocated on daily and adhoc basis
- Work as team member to ensure deliverables are met on time ensuring adherence to polices, SLA’s and TAT’s
- Handle queries raised by internal and external stakeholders and timely solutions, a solution driven approach

Basic Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably business/commerce background) with at least 2 years of experience in SF Admin role, Project management, MIS/Dashboards, Applications like BO, BI, Salesforce, Zoho, Power BI, Tableau, etc. BA experience preferred.
- **Salesforce Admin certification - (preferred)**:

- **Experience with salesforce data loader **(p**referred)**:

- Good working knowledge of advanced MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, MS outlook.
- Good communications skills and experience to handle multiple stakeholders
