**Quick Commerce (Fruits & Vegetables)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with leading quick commerce platforms to ensure Nutrifresh’s F&V products are prominently featured and competitively priced. Optimize product listings and promotions to drive sales and improve visibility.
- Develop and implement effective digital sales strategies, including promotional activities and pricing initiatives, to drive F&V sales across online channels. Monitor digital sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Analyze sales data and consumer behavior to continuously optimize product offerings and improve sales performance. Use insights to develop targeted marketing and sales tactics.
- Identify and execute opportunities to enhance Nutrifresh’s visibility and market share in the online F&V segment. Establish partnerships with new e-commerce platforms and explore innovative sales channels.
- Work closely with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales strategies and the timely delivery of high-quality products. Coordinate with logistics to address any issues related to online orders.
- Develop and manage relationships with key e-commerce partners to enhance collaborative efforts and ensure alignment with Nutrifresh’s sales objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to evaluate and improve outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and promotions. Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the quick commerce and e-commerce space. Implement best practices to enhance Nutrifresh’s competitive edge in the market.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 to 4 years in a sales role within the FMCG industry, with a focus on Quick Commerce and F&V.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and consumer trends in the F&V sector.
- Proficiency in digital sales tools and CRM systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,185.23 per month
