Job Title: SPM Assembler (Mechanical Fitter)

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and dedicated individuals with ITI Fitter or Mechanical diploma qualifications to join our team for the assembly on Special Purpose Machines (SPM) For 12 hours night duty. The role involves assembling die casted hooks on spm machines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies as per engineering drawings and specifications.

2. Use tools and instruments such as calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, and other hand tools.

3. Perform alignment, fitting, and testing of machine parts during assembly.

4. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure precision and quality.

5. Troubleshoot mechanical issues during assembly and provide solutions.

6. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Qualification: ITI Fitter or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in machine assembly or related fields (freshers with good training can also apply).
- Technical Skills:

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical tools and instruments.
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, or automation (preferred).
- Other Skills: Attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation
- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

How to Apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
