**Role & Responsibilities**:
i Preparation of Project Area Profile

ii. Strategy Planning to Cover the target

iii. Survey on the skill demand

iv. Preparation of Action Plan

v. Selection and Orientation of Resource Persons

vi. Meetings with the Community Leaders and Officials

vii. Approval of Training Centers

viii. Designing and Implementation of Activities

ix. Capacity Building Training Programmes / ToT

x. Conducting of training as per curriculum

xi. Supervision & Monitoring

xii. Supervision of Assessment activities.

xiii. Supervision of JSS Portal.

xiv. Follow up Action ( Feedback from trainees etc.)

xv. Preparation of Annual Reports

xvi. Monthly meeting with staff and resource persons

xvii. Plan and execute pilot / innovative projects

xviii. Supervision of livelihood Cell

xix. Organizing Exhibition, Job Fairs / Loan Melas etc.

xx. Convergence / Coordination with Government & Non
- Government agencies

xxi. Undertake Publicity activities and Documentation

xxii. Identify and develop local traditional courses

xxiii. Involving Public Representatives / Eminent Personalities

xxiv. Involvement of District Skill Committee in JSS activities

xxv. Coordination with External Evaluating Agencies

xxvi. Monitoring through Geo-tag attendance of staff and resource persons

xxvii. Setting up of Question and Answer Books for various courses
