3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling social media posts that reflect our brand voice and resonate with our target audience.

4. Coordinate with the graphic design team to ensure visually appealing and high-quality graphics accompany each social media post.

5. Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for engagement and improvement.

6. Engage with our social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

7. Implement social media advertising campaigns to promote our products, services, and events, using platforms like Facebook Ads Manager.

8. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing team, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.

9. Stay up to date with the latest social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and proactively suggest innovative ideas to optimize our social media strategy.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content writers and SEO specialists, to ensure social media content aligns with broader marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience as a social media manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed social media accounts.

2. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and their respective best practices.

3. Proficient in using social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).

4. Strong understanding of content marketing principles and the ability to create engaging and compelling social media content.

5. Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to coordinate with the graphic design team.

6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt content to different platforms and target audiences.

7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights for optimization.

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

9. A creative thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

10. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
