Manufacturing Expertise: Utilize experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing to oversee production operations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes to ensure the efficient and high-quality production of creams, ointments, gels, and related products.

Document Preparation: Prepare, review, and maintain essential manufacturing documents, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Batch Packaging Records (BPRs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other relevant documentation required for the production of creams, ointments, gels, and related products.

Manpower Management: Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills in effectively managing production personnel, including delegating tasks, providing training, and fostering a positive work environment to ensure team productivity and morale.

**Qualifications**:
Master's degree (M. Pharm) in Pharmacy or related field.

FDA approval in the external department is mandatory.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a focus on creams, ointments, gels, or related products.

Proficiency in preparing and managing manufacturing documents such as BMRs, BPRs, and SOPs.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards specific to the production of creams, ointments, gels, and related pharmaceutical products.

Pay: ₹13,543.72 - ₹22,000.00 per month
