**Roles and responsibilities**
- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns to achieve client objectives, such as lead generation, conversion, and ROI.
- Utilize platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC channels to create, manage,and optimize ad campaigns effectively.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify valuable opportunities for client campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad creatives that align with clients' branding and marketing goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in performance marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
**Required Skills**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing or a related role.
- Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of keyword research and SEO principles to optimize ad copy and landing pages.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey campaign performance to clients.
**Preferred Knowledge of Tools**:
- Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager for campaign creation and management.
- Google Analytics or similar tools for tracking and analyzing website performance.
- A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize or VWO for optimizing ad creatives and landing pages.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
