**Role Overview**

Rajvesh India Private Limited, a leader in premium ethnic wear, is looking for an organized and proactive **Inventory Coordinator**. The individual will ensure the smooth functioning of inventory operations across our retail and wholesale divisions. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating stock movement, and supporting optimal stock levels to meet business demands.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels across warehouses and retail outlets to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain updated records of stock transfers, damages, and adjustments.
- Assist in inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- **Coordination and Logistics**:

- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align inventory supply with demand.
- Track and manage incoming shipments to ensure timely delivery and restocking.
- Oversee stock distribution across multiple locations to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Update inventory management systems with real-time data on stock levels.
- Generate weekly and monthly inventory performance reports for management review.
- Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements to inventory processes.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor for slow-moving or obsolete inventory and suggest strategies to optimize utilization.
- **Team Support**:

- Support warehouse staff in organizing and labeling stock.
- Train team members on inventory management best practices and software usage.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or related roles.
- Proficiency in inventory software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry tools.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the têxtile or retail industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of demand forecasting and stock optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with automated inventory management systems.
