**Position**: Interior Designer

**Experience**: 1+ yrs

**Offered Salary**: 3-4 lac Annum

**Location**: All Kerala(Kochi,Thrissur ,Kannur, Calicut,Trivandrum,Kollam& Kottayam

**Qualification**: Bachelor's or Master's in Interior Design/Dip in Interior Design

**Job Description**:

- Meeting Client's and Determining their Requirements.
- Work with interior design team to develop design solutions
- Plan, design, and furnish customized interiors of residential, commercial or corporate / industrial buildings.
- Research concepts and materials to support design team on technical issues influencing concept development
- To create engaging designs according to requirements. work under the supervision of a Senior Designer to produce high-quality work.
- To create impactful designs that capture and promote the company vision.
- Prepare and participate /conduct in client presentations
- Maintain client, vendor and contractor communication and management throughout the project
- Assisting with the planning and design for submission, proposal etc
- Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within budget
- Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects
- Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion

**Requirements - Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge**:

- Good Communication Skill in English
- Good Presentation
- Client Coordination
- Autocad
- Google Sketchup
- 3 Max

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
