**Job Overview**:
The Instructor - Electrician will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training to students enrolled in the electrician trade. The role involves preparing lesson plans, conducting hands-on training, and ensuring students develop the necessary skills to meet industry standards. The instructor will also guide students in safety practices, electrical system installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver classroom and practical instruction in electrical trade.
- Prepare and update course materials, lesson plans, and training manuals.
- Ensure students adhere to safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance.
- Provide guidance on industry-relevant skills and employment opportunities.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and training facilities.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the electrician trade.
- Teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety regulations.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and instructional skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students.
- Knowledge of latest industry trends and technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
