**Role: Customer Service/Telle Callers**

**Experience: Fresher required (Immediate joiner's)**

**Salary Range: 8000 to 10000**

**Location: Tirupati**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan in different methods to generate leads from company tools provided.
- Maintain Relationship with existing clients to generate new leads
- Review pending leads and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Inbound and outbound calls required.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills

**Incentives: Approx. 5% (Also based on the the performance management).**

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
