Football Coach

**Job Brief**

We are looking for dynamic and skilled women football players to teach football to children in Schools in North-South Goa. The role offers chance to design and run a grassroots football program delivered with sustainable skills, that has an audacious goal, of equipping the new generation with the skills they need to play football at school and transition from school to sustainable enterprise of one's choice, becoming entrepreneurs for solving Climate Change in Goa.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the development and promotion of the Football Coaching Program.
- Coach and supervise to promote individual growth in football skills, teamwork, discipline and sportsmanship.
- Develop practice schedule and organize practice time to provide both individual and team development.
- Monitor student eligibility criteria for extracurricular participation for sustainability skills development.
- Attend staff development meetings and other professional activities to improve coaching performance.
- Follow established procedures in the event of an athlete’s injury.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Directors or other appropriate administrator.

**Requirements**:

- Experience teaching football or have played football competitively.
- curricula development and other soft skills training experience will be added advantage.
- Readiness to work from Mon to Sat full time to teach football and skills at student locations in North and South Goa.
- Knowledge of English and Konkani is necessary.
- Must have have your own transport to be able to go to pitches.
- Must be punctual, committed and kind in nature to work with children
