1. Preferable Diploma Holder / ITI with Trade as Mechanical with at least 3 to 4 years of

experience in the Field of Maintenance / Installation and Commissioning activity.

2. Hands On working experience on Container Cranes like STS Crane, RTG Crane, Mobile

Harbour Crane, RMG Cranes will be preferred.

3. Ready to work / relocate to any Indian site location based on Project requirement.

4. Working on RTG Cranes/STS Cranes/ Plant Machinery which involves working at Heights

ranging from 2 meters to 80 meters.

5. Installation of Motors, Gear boxes, Brakes, and various components as per OEM Manuals.

6. Checking of alignments and correcting as per OEM standards, using various instruments

for Motors, Gear boxes, Brakes etc.

7. Filling of Gear oils, thruster oils, Eldro oils, in respective equipment as per OEM standards.

8. Inspection of Gear Boxes, Brakes, Hydraulic pressures, with appropriate instruments and

recording the values.

9. Installing of Wire ropes on rope drums, inspection of wire ropes which are already on

Cranes at regular intervals, recording observations and results.

10. Checking/troubleshooting of Hydraulic system problems in cranes and reducing down

times on cranes.
